Are there known examples of apps like that? AFAICT, even Skype.com
provides the Windows 7 -compatible .exe as the download even with a
Windows 10 UA string, and you need to know to go to the Store if you
want the Windows 10-only version.

A while back I tried to hit up a bunch of software download sites and wasn't able to find anything to answer this question. At best, I think the answer is maybe? I wonder if PI could help us with this type of thing.
