And in a future where certificates are issued without cost over a
protocol there's no reason setting up a secure server yourself will be
difficult. HTTP will not disappear overnight and we'll have plenty of
times to get all the moving pieces in order to make this great and
overall a better web for end users. (Who will have less impossible
trust decisions to endure.)
