That makes sense. I think I called out the general conversion case
mainly cause the large majority of the bugs in the General component are
platform-related. I was having difficulty though finding what bugs we
would stick in a general bucket though in b2g's case, given the general
buckets are mostly covered across Gaia General's component + this b2g
platform component.
Do you see a noticeable amount of bugs that would right now fit into a
general component, rather than this platform component proposed?

I wouldn't mind having a B2G::Platform component, but having a default
filing location (e.g. "B2G::General") serves a purpose as well.
