We curently own Declude Virus Pro, JMPro, and Hijack, and our support contract is up to date If we decide to move from Imail to Smarter mail, do we have to pay any (declude) upgrade fee ?
Also, I think it is ironic that, after most of us decided to stay with Imail because of declude, we now are getting this treatment from CPHZ. I do not understand why CPHZ expalined privatly to a few customers about what is going on, and still has not posted something on this list. Should we understand that CPHZ values some customers more than others ? Apparently, some customer were satisfied with the explanation they got.
