What just happened is that I had the chance to have already downloaded something in which I knew where to find the specs, but that's not what I would expect from a distribution. And indeed it was *already* on my CD-ROMs, but there's was no possibility I could find where (ie in the xspecs package), I'm just asking for indications in -dev packages: just read my very first post.
