Here are my ideas.

When introducing a new software for the wiki, start with the content
from scratch. Do not try to migrate all pages to the a wiki and then
cleanup pages.

Focus on Debian related content and do not repeat general information,
for e.g. how NFS works in general.

Obvious things like how do I install firefox also do not fit IMO.

For e.g. look at https://wiki.debian.org/SystemBuildTools
This pages has no well defined goal what kind of information you will
find there. It's a huge list of only little related links to some
tools. It covers debootstrap and friends, package build tools, general
tools, cloud and container related,....
It's typical that we also list historical, obsolete tools. Why?
This is something I often find on Debian page (web and wiki) and I had
a lots of discussions with people that like to keep very old outdated
content only for historical reasons.
Don't let Debian become a museum with many dusty exhibits.

Another superfluous content on that wiki pages are four random links
to email discussions and the link to "Related tools" which is a link to
a package that does not exist in Debian since many years. Same for the
package debirf that is listed.

Now estimate how much time we need to clean up the current wiki
pages. 5min to 10min for each page? Mutliply this with ten thousands
of pages. Then decide if you want to put that much time into old
content?

I'm pretty sure that people will migrate good content to a new wiki
system (so ther's no need to automatically migrate all old stuff), but
sometimes when you review all new pages you sometimes need to say 'no
thanks, that does not fit into the new system'. That's will be hard
part for you.
