How did you actually generate those page? Because it creates a build error in the standard webwml build. I've switched the #includes for the search_package-form.inc and search_contents-form.inc to use the files in $(ENGLISHDIR) - but please check again wether you had changed some other link/references in there for your local build that cause problem in the proper build.
