Did you even read my bug and look at http://keyring.debian.org? The
latter says:

  "Debian keys may also be retrieved by using the form at
  db.debian.org or:

      finger [EMAIL PROTECTED]"

However, `finger [EMAIL PROTECTED] does not contain my key.

Also, nowhere on the keyring page is [EMAIL PROTECTED] listed as contact.

This is a valid bugreport. Information on the pages are *wrong*.
Please don't close my bugreport before having understood and
verified the existence of the bug.
