It is a website that works like a classic pastebin but stores the data encrypted, see <https://privatebin.info/> for more information. You could use e.g. <https://privatebin.net/> or host it yourself (source: <https://github.com/PrivateBin/PrivateBin/>).
Also, why can this functionality not be included into https://github.com/pastebinit/pastebinit which is already packaged?
I think that would mean an effort which is basically like rewriting pastebinit from scratch, but I'm not sure as I don't speak Python. I'll open an issue upstream and ask for privatebin support and see what upstream thinks about it.
