I think that is what should be done in any case, if this GR
passes. We leave the DFSG around (since other people and projects
have defined themselves around the DFSG, and they may not wish to
change). (historical reasons also present themselves).
If the GR passes, the project can choose to adopt DFSG-2 (-3,
-4, ...) as we wish.
