        This is off charter, but I think you are being unduly
 optimistic. My family back in the mother country is now in the
 process of purchasing computers and getting net access, and believe
 me, in what is son going to be the most populous country in teh
 world, broadband is a very distan gleam. Not to mention china (and
 India and china have a corner on population now).
