I believe there are some around here somewhere,  but VGA only.  This setup is 
temporary,  and once I complete moving stuff over this machine is going to 
another room and will be put to different uses,  so I guess I'll just put up 
with the inconvenience in the meantime...

Dunno why they had to make it that way,  instead of having those buttons where 
I can see them.
