OpenWRT counts as "normal" in my book.

AFAIK, IPv6 is enabled by default in OpenWRT unless you have a really
old version, so the answer is presumably "don't disable it".
[ But if bittorent works from another computer on the same network,
then I suspect that enabling IPv6 won't make any difference because
the problem is elsewhere. ]
