Debian 11.7: huge rtorrent seeding problem

I use Debian 11.7 and rtorrent.

I have a big seeding problem (the FW is disabled on Debian).

On the same network (OpenWrt router) with Transmission on MacBook everything is OK. So it's not the network FW blocking.
