Lists the Pixma MX850 support as "Complete" with "All resolutions
supported (up to 2400DPI). Flatbed, ADF simplex and Duplex supported."
over both USB and Ethernet, with the pixma backend (see the
"sane-pixma" manpage).

So that should work out-of-the-box. :)
