You said your are in a 64 bits, but you has install the 32bit paquet so the
32bits linux-headers-3.2.0-4-686-pae.

Unpacking virtualbox (from .../virtualbox_4.1.18-dfsg-2+d
eb7u3_i386.deb) ...


Try to install the 64bits paquet.
