Yes, SNR stands for "Signal to Noise Ratio". On my Vigor 2800 with ADSL+ the SNR is 5.0 as yours, but my attenuation is 18.5 which is by far better than yours (its a logarithmic scale, smaller values are better, see e.g., http://www.kitz.co.uk/adsl/linestats.htm, http://support.draytek.net.au/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=33&nav=0,18,32).
