Personally it is the emacs-centric interface. I don't get it. (I did use emacs for a while, but I remember hardly any commands, vim was just easier for me to remember). Also, when I have tried info a few times, I see a highlighted word (link) that I want to follow, info tells me there is no link there. In short, I haven't been able to get it to work.
