Hello!
What is the use of pushing an update with only powerpc changes to amd64?
Thank you.
Please read with me, scan for 'amd64'
linux (4.9.82-1+deb9u3) stretch-security; urgency=medium
* [powerpc] Backport more RFI flush related patches from 4.9.84. Closes:
#891249.
* [powerpc] Ignore ABI change in paca.

No 'amd64' found.
Things found: 'linux' and 'powerpc'
If the original poster was implying "Linux is only for amd64",
then is wake-up call to say "Linux is way more then architecture 'amd64'"
Thank you.
My question is really this:
Why should one using an amd64 hardware update its kernel/reboot when
changes are only for powerpc?
