Sorry, I think I misunderstood you. I meant that SASAKI-san does not need
to ask anyone for sponsorship to file an unblock request. I could not find
any rule that said an unblock request had to be filed by DD. If it is written
please let me know. Or am I misreading it and thinking SASAKI-san is asking
someone for sponsorship to file an unblock request?
