BTW, I thought there were no restrictions on filing an unblock request,
was I wrong?  If I am right, use "reportbug release.debian.org" to file
an unblock request with useful templete.

Bug fixes via unstable can still request an unblock if the package is not removed from testing already as I understand the freeze rules.
