I suggest we upload n+1 (as in d-e-config 1.716 -> 1.717) versions to
unstable, and upload 1.716+deb7u1 to wheezy.  This way the unstable
version is larger than the version in wheezy, and people with existing
installations will upgrade to the Debian package automatically.
