Hi. I'm just a casual reader, but I would like the above to be clarified. The fonts-noto package was last uploaded in 2023-08, and the changes in cdbs regarding udebs happened in 2025-04. Is it really the case that rebuilding fonts-noto right now in trixie does not produce the .deb and .udebs that we are distributing in trixie? If fonts-noto is really broken in trixie, and Alexandre is willing to refactor it for trixie, we have tools like diffoscope which can tell if the refactor is correct or not. If the refactor is proven to be correct, there would be no risk. (But first we would need to know the exact nature of the breakage, if any). Thanks.
