If you wish that Debian gets out of using Google, engage in this effort, and find somewhere we can host such a deployment (then Debian can spend the money for buying the hardware). At this time, I have no clue where we should go

I'm not sure whether I could help directly or indirectly, but...

What sort of hosting are you looking for? Even just ballpark would be helpful. Is this a machine or two, a half rack, a full rack, multiple racks? What kind of bandwidth (actual usage, not port type): 1G, 10G, 100G; inbound heavy, balanced, or outbound heavy?

There's a big difference between: I want to host two systems somewhere on a 1G connection vs I want multiple racks with 100G of actual bandwidth usage. Getting the ballpark scale will narrow down who can help / who you need to ask.
