Not that I know of. I just specified a second server in
/etc/gdm/gdm.conf.

Where to find that? /var/log/gdm shows nothing for several
weeks now, /var/log/XFree86.1.log says:

(==) Keyboard: CustomKeycode disabled
So I guess yes, it mentions...
