As I understand it I have to do dpkg-reconfigure console-data,
then choose mac / Unknown / US american / Standard / Extended?
And then it takes effect only at boot?
Is there a similar hack for XFree? dpkg-reconfigure on xserver-
xfree86 shows no drop-down boxes...
