One of the major points of disagreement in this thread is that you think this information is currently available and useful, and other people (such as myself) think that your understanding of Uploaders has little relationship to how the field is currently used in the archive. I'm dubious that it's worth the effort to maintain this, but regardless of that discussion, machine-readable team information is not something we have now. We instead have a partial record of some people who have previously worked on the package, without much information about whether they're currently working on the package.
