Package: debian-policy Version: 3.9.0.0 Severity: wishlist Hi there,
I would like to suggest a new virtual package, "httpd-wsgi". I'm currently in the process of packaging a Pylons-based web-application that uses wsgi and instead of manually keeping / updating a list of all possible implementations (eg. libapache2-mod-wsgi) it would be very nice if I (and other people who might want to package wsgi applications) could use a virtual package instead (similar to httpd-cgi). cheers Stefan -- System Information: Debian Release: squeeze/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (700, 'testing'), (600, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.34 (SMP w/2 CPU cores; PREEMPT) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash debian-policy depends on no packages. debian-policy recommends no packages.
