Latest revelation? Please look at the message dated20 Aug

This whole issue was brought up before the committee, which
chose to ignore it. This is not being sprung up after the ballot was
posted, it has been put to the ctte> Two people even replied to the
message and CC'd the committee: David Bristel <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>,
and Joey Hess <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
Three messages about this on the ctte list. We can't jsut
plead ignorance.
