On Fri, 20 Feb 1998, Christian Schwarz wrotee, while discussing the
proposed (and agreed upon) changes to dpkg-genchanges and dinstall to
make the closing of bugs etc. run more smoothly:

There did not appear to be any replies at the time. I intend to make
the required changes to the relevant scripts over the next few days,
so if we could reach a decision on this point, it would be great.
