It only means that it's not that simple. Please talk to Ondrej to see what needs to be done, and how you can help. Actually, this goes for all dispora-related uploads. They really require some coordination. Please try to give us a global view of what's required to get it done. And note that according to http://lists.debian.org/debian-ruby/2011/07/msg00025.html, the priority is still to get the transition done, i.e get all current packages transitioned, not add new ones. This still applies for me: From now on, I will only sponsor new packages (not already in Debian) if the requester has done some of the "collective" tasks listed on that page. I don't think that it's a too hard policy: handling new upstream releases is generally quite easy, for example. Also note that transitioning packages and doing other "collective shores" is a great way to learn.
