Note that this list is /mostly/ used as a catch-all for questions about
packaging and sponsorship requests (that might lead to the former).
If your interests center on specific ecosystems, both of these are
usually better served by the specific teams they involve.

You will find many of the same people in these efforts as they are
somewhat related and/or benefit from each other. Have a look at
`mmdebstrap` and `debvm` as possible entry points into those
individual rabbit holes.

I suppose the best course of action is to just start… as in, join forces
around a repository in salsa and perhaps start with a PPA-like archive
in debusine to distribute it. Maybe with the goal to ship it in non-free?
(Disclaimer: I have literally no idea what "spago" and "crystal" is)
