I think it would be better to create the apache configuration statically, it
will just not do anything if apache isn't installed no?
postrm is very complicated, shouldn't it just be removing the created files?
Why is it not really using a standard license? I don't really understand what
the difference is between agpl3 and AGPL-3+DeSantis
