Make sure you signed the package with the same key as the one listed in the 
Debian keyring.

If it was signed with a different key, I believe the files are silently dropped.

If it was signed with the same key, feel free to reach out to the FTP masters 
and ask them if they know what went wrong (and include me in the CC because I 
would be interested to know as well).
