I've created an account, so now I'm awaiting approval. In the meantime, I've looked at some other repositories and I'm wondering whether to push the upstream code and the debian folder, or just the debian folder? I've seen many repositories do the former, while for example LizardFS (which this project forked) had the latter (although it has not been obviously updated for a while). > ...Its not really a bioinformatics > packages but there is a Debian HPC team where it might be a good fit. > Please let me know if you agree and I'll happily smoothen your way into > this team. > Awesome, please do if you can. Or is salsa enough? Best regards, Urmas Rist
