A gentle reminder for testing
We recently discussed with the Security Team that ckeditor 4.x "lts"
(>4.22) moved to a proprietary license, prompting users to move to
ckeditor 5.x (GPL'd).

Consequently, ckeditor v4 is not much more supportable than ckeditor3.
Does it still make sense to try and upgrade to ckeditor4 in these
conditions?
