delegated deciding compliance with the DFSG to the ftp-masters.
What I propose isn't about DFSG compliance. It's about DFSG
applicability.
And Debian "will remain entirely free software", as defined by the
DFSG, so, unless you intend to amend the social contract, that is not
in question.
