Of course, part of the problem is that there isn't a line drawn. What you choose can depend on your morals, your attitude toward risk (and intellectual property), the laws where you live, etc. And, if it ever goes to court, the decision would depend on similar such issues (focussed on the court handling the issue). Precedent is a tool used to minimize the impact of all these vagaries but they're still there. -- Raul
