I don't see how. The GPL seeks to restrict proprietary use to keep the software free, while, according to the lawyer you quote, the Cyrus licence seeks to restrict commercial use to let them make more money. The intents aren't really that similar. -- Colin Watson [EMAIL PROTECTED]
