No. The Artistic License mentions this in clauses 3 and 4, but always as one item in a list of "do at least ONE of the following". Clauses 3 and 4 can be satisfied by making the modified version freely available together with its sources, which we always do, so it is not necessary to rename the executables. Richard Braakman
