Note that this interpretation renders the clause useless, because I can always put bzflag + a lot of junk or other software on a CD and sell it for lots of $$$. I wish upstream authors would get a clue and avoid such nonsense, which doesn't really mean anything but makes knots in your forehead when you think about it..
