Yes, you are right. I am a former maintainer of xengine
in Debian JP and we have a permission from the author to
distribute xengine under DFSG.

As I am not a Debian developer yet, Mr. Muto kindly try
to upload xengine instead of me. Thanks Mr. Muto.
