hi, are you unsing the modules within in the kernel or pcmcia-cs? I had have the same problem with an tulip clone and consider to use the pcmcia-cs modules, which build excatly for 2.4 as under 2.2. Please read the infos at pcmcia-cs.sourceforge.net --
