Back in the days when I had a PB 3400 (before the display died
TWICE), I used to map middle and right mouse buttons to keys. I can't
recall the procedure but something in /proc/ had to be set to "1"
plus some setup in kernel and /etc/, and I think there was a kernel
boot-time argument (but since I used two different versions of that
system since they changed it over time, so I'm not sure).=20
