Le fichier original est bien en UTF-8. Je pense que j'ai mal configuré
mutt. J'essaye donc avec Evolution. Est-ce que ce fichier arrive en
UTF-8 ?

J'ai relu le texte en anglais. Je n'ai pas de certitude mais je penche
plutôt pour "système d'exploitation".
