Sure.  (Typically, if you do not want to receive direct replies, you would 
note that in the email.  Often people do so in their email signatures.  
Otherwise, it is generally considered polite on Debian mailing lists to

I’m not sure I really understand everything in this paragraph, but if you want 
to run Memtest86+, you should either burn the ISO to a CD and boot from it or 
install it on a flash drive and boot from that.  In either case, it shouldn’t 
matter what else you have installed on your system.

As Andrey pointed out in a different email, it appears that it has been 
determined that this isn’t a problem with Debian's KDE packages.  As such, it 
is more appropriate that you ask any questions on the debian-user mailing 
list.
