I think so, for each paragraph: * replace return with space; * remove all starting/ending space; * replace more than one space into one space; * compare to see is there are differences.
I want to see all packages where the changes are<10 characters
I have done something like this, I can see all package order by characters not translated. But I make some mistake, for example I considered that the X.Y.Z package description version cannot change, except for typo corrections, but that is false.
