While this seems doable for Pootle, I doubt that the SVN solution scales very well. I think that we will be able to authorize *one* coordinator per language for direct SVN commit. Pootle will be more simple to manage to authorisations and rights. We will certainly identify one person as the general coordinator for each language. This person will be able to delegate in Pootle but only this person will have direct SVN commit access.
