FWIW, I should also note that, while recent versions of u-boot (~2020.01) work without this SCP firmware, it fails to build without specifying the SCP firmware with the upstream defaults; long-term the codepaths without it may bitrot... so I would definitely appreciate getting this or1k cross-compilers enabled in Debian!
