recent releases of u-boot support integrating on 64bit ARM targets with a firmware for the System Control Processor (SCP) - a microprocessor similar to the Management Engine on amd64. On Allwinner SoC the SCP is an AR100 processor and a free licensed firmware - Crust - exists which requires gcc targeting OpenRISC 1000 (or1k). Debian wiki page https://wiki.debian.org/OpenRISC indicates that or1k had trouble getting upstreamed to mainline gcc project, but according to https://openrisc.io/2018/11/09/gccupstream it seems to be part of mainline gcc since release 9.0.0. Please include a cross-compiler for or1k.
